I am in the process of opening a maternity clothing/ gift shop. Are women tired of shopping in soft pastel color stores aimed at the baby theme? Or would you prefer going into a hip black and white, or colorful store with good top 20 music playing?
What do you think would do better?
Any HELPFUL suggestions are welcomed!

Well..I'm not due till Mid August. I seem to always be pregnant through the summer. I'm looking for a bathing suit but can't decide on a tankini, one piece, or a bikini or halter top with boy shorts bottom. I'm quite small about 4'9, size 0 jeans prepreg, I'm 24 and this is my 3rd pregnancy. I've just never put thought into maternity clothing at all but decided to get a maternity bathing suit this time around. Any suggestions?

I am 9 weeks 3 days. I suppose it is bloating and my widening body (lol). But I find my regular clothes to be a bit too snug for comfort. When did most of you gals have to start wearing maternity clothing?

I am 4 months pregnant and cannot afford to buy any maternity clothing-my husband just doesn't see a need for it and he controls all the money. Does anyone know of a way if there is one I can alter my existing pants? I have a string tied around the button and the button hole to keep them on but this is so painful. Any ideas?
